This page allows IceVault users to request deletion of their account and personal data.
How to Request Account Deletion
To have your IceVault account deleted, please follow these steps:
Send an email from the address associated with your IceVault account to:
icevaultcards@gmail.com
Include your full name (as registered in the app) and your IceVault username.
Clearly state that you request permanent deletion of your account and associated data.
We will confirm your request and proceed with deletion within 30 days.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Account information: email, login credentials, and profile data
Hockey card collection data: all entries, images, notes, and related metadata
Any other personal data you provided directly in the app
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained solely for legal or compliance purposes, such as:
Data required for financial or legal recordkeeping (if applicable)
Aggregated or anonymized analytics data
Any retained data will be fully anonymized and cannot be linked to your identity.
Retention Period
All personal and collection data will be deleted within 30 days of receiving your verified request. Retained anonymized data may be stored indefinitely for analytics or legal purposes.
